Glacial Lakes State Trail is a 43.5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Willmar, Minnesota that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, running, horses, and road biking and is best used from May until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
The trail has multiple starting points. You can park in the following areas:
Willmar: At the Civic Center.
Spicer: State Hwy. 23 and County Road 10. Parking lot off of Hwy. 23.
East Nest Lake Public Water Access: Hwy. 23 and .5 miles west
on Township Road.
New London: Main Street on CSAH #31 at the intersection of River View Lane.
Hawick: Intersection of State Hwy. 23 and County Road 2.
Richmond: Central Ave. South
