The Wahweap Hoodoos Trail is a 9.1 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Big Water, Utah that features a river and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from September until May. Dogs and horses are also able to use this trail. Undeveloped, mostly flat trail along Wahweap Creek to the Wahweap Hoodoos. Please be advised there is often little to no shade and this trail can be extraordinarily hot during summer months. After rain, the rocks tend to get very slippery and the trail may be muddy. Be careful and be sure to wear appropriate footwear.
