1. RULES AND REGULATIONS: I agree to be subject to the Bylaws and Rules of The United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. (the "Federation") and the local rules of __________ (Competition). I agree to be bound by the Bylaws and Rules of the Federation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: I understand that equestrian sports involve inherent hazards, dangerous conditions, and risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of serious bodily injury (including broken bones, head injuries, trauma, pain, suffering, or death) to horses, participants, spectators, or other persons.
