Equine Residences is a specialized design studio owned and directed by Andrea Knowles, a designer with more than two decades of experience creating exceptional environments for horses and their owners. Andrea leads a team of experts who collaborate closely with clients to channel their vision into equestrian properties that are as beautiful as they are functional.
The studio practices sustainability as a core value, incorporating solar energy and water-recycling systems wherever feasible, and brings deep expertise in the equestrian real estate marketplace, consistently advising clients with an eye toward long-term property value. Equine Residences is also affiliated with the sister brand Equine Smart Farm.
